This extended warranty covers the following incidents for 5 years:

Fabric/Leather Furniture

1. Food or beverage stain

2. Human and pet bodily fluids

3. Mold and mildew

4. Puncture, cut, tear, or rip from a specific incident (does not cover pet damage)

5. Cigarette burn from a specific incident

6. Pet damage 

7. Electrical Components

Wood Furniture

1. Stains from food

2. Water ring caused by beverages

3. Scratch, gouge, or chip from a specific incident

4. Heat mark from a cigarette or hot dinner plate

5. Warping, lifting, or bubbling of veneers from foods or beverages

6. Chip, scratch, or breaking of mirror

7. Failure of integral electrical components

8. Pet damage

If this item is purchased, you will receive a warranty card when the merchandise is picked up/delivered with all of the information needed to file a claim
